Artwork Restrictions:
I do not create content that includes:Racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or any discriminatory themes.
Nudity or sexual content involving minors or characters appearing as minors.
By commissioning me, you accept these terms and conditions:General Guidelines:Provide a clear description and/or visual references.
Artwork will be delivered digitally via email.
I reserve the right to refuse commissions for personal reasons.
Commission Process:Submit the commission form or email me with all necessary details and references.
I will confirm or discuss your commission promptly.
You’ll receive an invoice via PayPal/Stripe, reflecting your payment preferences.
Payment confirms the start of your commission. I will notify you when I begin.
You’ll receive a rough Work In Progress (WIP) sketch. Feedback on this is crucial for any adjustments.
Once you approve the WIP, I finalize the artwork. Major changes are not permitted after this point.
Delivery via email upon completion.
Changes are limited to three rounds to maintain project flow. Further adjustments can be discussed.
Typical turnaround is 1-3 weeks, depending on workload and complexity. Delays or specific deadlines will be communicated.
Payment and Refund Policy:All transactions in Euros (€).
Payment methods: PayPal/Stripe (and Bank Transfer within France).
Full payment required within 15 days of the invoice date. Unresponsive clients after 15 days will have their commission cancelled.
Full refund if cancelled before work begins.
50% refund if cancelled during the sketch phase.
No refunds after detailed work begins, but I’m open to discussions to resolve any issues.
Copyright and Usage Rights:For the Commissioner: You may repost the artwork with proper credits, and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., avatars, wallpapers). Commercial use requires a separate agreement. No modifications or discriminatory use allowed. Not for NFT or AI-generated art use.
For the Artist: I retain all rights to the artwork, including the use in my portfolio and on social media. If privacy is a concern, please inform me in advance.
